Ria has an BS Engineering, in Computer Science and Engineering from UCLA, a Master�??s in applied mathematics and an MBA from the Wharton School. Prior to the inception of WTG in the year 2000, Ria held several positions of responsibility in the aerospace industry in projects related to NASA. Most notable are the following: primary software engineer for the orbiter mechanism for the International Space Station and the lead operations director for the KIDSAT mechanism on the space shuttle at JPL. Ria was also the team lead and semi-finalist in the Wharton Business Plan Competition for an environmental biosensor start-up. Under Ria??s leadership, WTG has worked on management consulting projects in a variety of areas with Amgen, BMS, Roche, Genentech, Celgene, and others. Over the last 10 years Ria has set the vision and strategy for most of the business development efforts for WTG. This journey has positioned WTG to be the premier solution provider to high-growth businesses.
Director, Business Development
John Zahaitis is a Business Development and Marketing professional who started off working in the managerial consulting field in Chicago. After moving to California in 2004, he has worked for several companies in the music, media and the medical device industries. Whether it is large multi-nationals or small non-profits, he has enjoyed the constant pursuit of solutions and relationships. He has a long-standing interest in healthcare, India and making the world more hospitable. John has a BBA in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago and currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife Frances.
Director, Interactive Media
Adit Reddy holds a bachelor??s degree in Cognitive Sciences from UCLA. With over 20 years of experience working with the internet, Adit is no stranger to quickly advancing interactive technology. In his role, Adit acts as a bridge between design and technology to enhance user experience. Working with internal and external resources, the interactive media department makes certain that both print and multimedia elements are consistent, user friendly, and functional. Before his current role, Adit was the director of interactive and specified web publishing at Intertainer, Inc, a pioneer in the field of video on demand. During his four years at Intertainer, he broke new ground by being the first to successfully execute streaming media on demand over the internet. Recognizing a deficiency in the synergy of art and technology, Adit started Radiant in 1996 as a technology consulting company and Love and Light in 2011 as a spiritual products store. Capitalizing on this rare combination, he has had the opportunity to work with most of the major entertainment studios and a host of other clients to provide a range of services from award-winning web sites to DVD programming for high profile ventures.
Senator (retired) Richard Polanco
Senator Polanco is the former majority leader in the California Senate and an influential business leader in the USA. WTG�??s collaboration with the Senator�??s group is multipronged and includes effort to raise a WTG Venture Fund for direct investments in Cleantech. First elected in 1986 to fill the unexpired term of Richard Alatorre who been elected in late 1985 to the Los Angeles City Council, Polanco served in the California State Assembly (District 55 in the 1980s, District 45 in the 1990s) for eight years. In 1994 he was elected to the California State Senate (District 22, Los Angeles) and served as Senate Majority Leader from 1998 until his retirement in 2002.
For most of his tenure in the Legislature, he served the Northeast Los Angeles area which includes Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Mount Washington, Glassell Park, Atwater Village, Lincoln Heights, El Sereno, Montecito Heights and Cypress, in addition to Boyle Heights and City Terrace. In the 1980s, he also represented the western areas of Pasadena, including the Northwest and Linda Vista areas. In the Senate, his areas expanded to include downtown Los Angeles, Chinatown, Little Tokyo and other communities.
Polanco is best known for his work with the Latino Legislative Caucus, which he chaired from 1990 to 2002. Under his leadership, the Senator led efforts to increase the number of Democratic Latino legislators from seven to 24. Eventually, his efforts contributed to election of the first Latino Speaker of the Assembly, Cruz Bustamante. In 1998, he authored legislation that provided $115 million for after-school and summer school programs. He pioneered California�??s citizenship education program assisting more than 500,000 Californians in becoming naturalized citizens. Polanco authored legislation that created the California state holiday honoring the legendary labor and civil rights leader, Cesar Chavez. Prior to elected office, he served on the staff of Los Angeles County Supervisor Edmund D. Edelman, Assemblyman Richard Alatorre and former Governor Jerry Brown.

Aman Walia, MBA

Aman has an engineering degree from IIT Bombay and an MBA from IIM Bangalore. He has over 17 years of experience in Technology, Process in the Indian and US IT Industry. Aman was the Head of Operations at Mphasis, a world-class business intelligence services company known for modernizing legacy applications to support real-time, flexible business processes. Aman was instrumental in guiding operations and technology at Mphasis from its start-up phase until its purchase by Hewlett Packard. Under his direction, Mphasis was ranked as the fourth-best managed outsourcing vendor among the world's 50 Top managed BPO vendors. Aman is the creator of WTG Insight. Aman pursues multiple interests in Social Service and Philanthropy is also a recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus Award given by his Alma Mater �?? IIT Bombay.
